The main topic of the brochure is depression and understanding how to cope with it. The truth about depression is that it can affect virtually anyone across any age, from teenagers to young adults, adults, and senior citizens. It is also not discriminative of gender or social class. Depression has different etiology at different stages. For instance, in the teenage stage, it may be caused by social issues, identity issues, or traumatic life experiences. In adulthood, it may be fuelled by failed relationships, careers, or educational setbacks. In the elderly, depression may be caused by loneliness, lifestyle diseases, or social isolation. Therefore, the information presented in this brochure benefits everyone across all ages, classes, gender, and populations.
