Answer preview

I want to make improvements in my social interactions with other people. I have a problem interacting with people, and thus, I have fewer friends, and I am unable to give and receive love and affection from individuals. This means that I am closed off, and I rarely have people to talk to when I am going through challenges in life. Failing to vent means that I pile up emotions and I do not deal with issues which might lead to depression. Depression, in turn, results in suicidal thoughts and low quality of life (Donatelle, 2019). I want to improve on this are to avoid depression and get to know people.

I also noted that I rarely make time for myself. I never do fun things. I am so focused on my schoolwork and my job to the point where my psychological health is being affected.
