Public relation is the persuasion of the audience inside or outside the usual scope of influence to promote an idea or business for people to purchase the product or services. It is also a way of communication that builds a mutually beneficial relationship between an organization and the public (Farte & Obada, 2018). Public relations specialists are image shapers as their job is to create positive publicity for their clients and heighten their reputation.
