Having picked training as the best solution, the next step is planning how the training will ensure that the desired results are attained. The management will arrange for a specific day that the training will take place and the employee’s opinions will be considered. Trainers with a good reputation will be sort, and the management will communicate the issues facing the company to them to help them plan for the training adequately. The next step is selecting a training venue manager; to ensure that the employees enjoy the training session, the management will arrange for an outdoor team-building event with different team-building activities (Meister et al., 2018). After the training, there will be a discussion on how often the movement will be taking place and the methods that the company will use to assess the training effects as far as teamwork and productivity are concerned.
