Answer preview

When it comes to reproductive commodities, their commercialization needs to get regulated. The reason for this is to prevent the exploitation of the persons involved. In some cases, third parties, services get incorporated. In such a case, a woman carries a child created from genetic material harvested from other people in their womb. Such persons get paid for the service rendered, an aspect that raises certain ethical questions. Regulation of the market where such services get procured from is therefore necessary if all ethical issues are to get dealt with effectively. Bringing on some rules that regulate the operations of the reproductive commodities market, acts as an equalizer. According to DR. Nguyen, IVF treatments are the most sought after treatment options by people with fertility problems. However, they are quite costly, which means that not everybody has a chance of taking advantage of such treatments.
