What was the beginning of Sufism and how should it be framed within the first centuries of Islamic History? Through an analysis of the readings from the first two weeks, 3 including A) at least two of the assigned primary readings and B) at least one source concerning Sufi women, present an argument for a specific understanding of the origins and initial development of Sufism, as well as the goals and/or methods of its early practitioners.

Shariah is vital among Sufis since the law gives for existence order while Sufism offers overall life delight. The constant remembering of Allah throughout Dhikr and the numerous kinds of contemplative prayer enhance the awareness of Allah’s proximity and love for one another (Chittick, 2015). Follow the traditions of the prophetic to respect all creation and for the compassion of the Almighty. People ignore the flaws and defects of the individuals they meet and focus just on the glory of the Lord inside people. The Sufis preach forgiving of human errors by acknowledging the glory of Allah (Karamustafa, 2007).
Sufism developed following Muhammad’s demise in 632AD, but mainly in the twelfth century had it grown into organizations (Conde Solares, 2020). The organizations were created around religious leaders who acquired holy stature and established monuments in their honor. Hundreds of Sufi organizations and splinter groups are available (Nguyen, 2012). Sufism had already extended over the Islamic community and is now a significant part of the religious practices of several nations, from Sumatra and Southeast Asia through Africa and Europe (Karamustafa, 2007).
