According to the United States Congress Joint Economic Committee (2019), some countries that have been losing because of brain gain include Memphis, Nashville, Tampa, San Juan, Lexington, New Orleans, and Chesapeake. I would consider moving to a brain gain city because of the many job opportunities and better quality of life that I am more likely to get there than in my home city. After completing my education, I would not wish to stay for long without getting a good job.
