Based on the scenario, the first and most significant solutions to is for the company to reassess the whole situation and release a public press report explaining what happened and importantly apologizing to the affected party and the public. The United Airlines should also review its policies and procedures and come up with clear and effective internal strategies which are fair to both the company and the passengers (Mitha, 2017). Some of the policies of the United Airlines seem to deter from their objectives of offering convenient transport services to the passengers.
