  2. Describe how you, as the wedding planner, will respond to these risks to ensure that the wedding will still occur on the predetermined date.

Your response should be a minimum of one page in length and formatted as an essay. Citations and references are not required; however, if information from other authors is used, proper credit should be given.

Jane could pretty much have her very own plans set out for the day that wouldn’t allow her to make it for the event. The printings shop downtime affected the delivery of cards but falls under the 10 days limit. Another risk here is the fatigue on Laurens mother. The workload seems too much for one person as she seems titled with most of the responsibilities. Her falling sick for three days worsens the time frame most of all being the delivery of invitation which now completely goes off the predicted timeline. The dress materials also get lost in transit leaving the bridesmaids and the bride without dresses. This automatically cancels the wedding. An unknown risk is the weather on the day of the event. Extreme weather conditions could lead to the halt of the wedding as well. The alternative to this wedding is simply having an official wedding before a judge and going ahead to enjoy their time together with no stress. In response to some of the risks, I would, first of all, create email invitations and send them out as quickly
