Sample Answer

Diana was a student at Soledad School District in central California. She was reviewed by a psychologist employed by the school using the Stanford Binet Intelligence Test, as per the policy during that time, after experiencing learning challenges (Diana, 1970). She was placed in an Educable Mentally Retarded class as the test showed that she had slight mental retardation. On behalf of 9 Mexican American children aged 8-13 was filed in the federal court against Soledad Unified School District, Members of the California State Board of Education, and State Superintendent Wilson Riles.
