Journal Entry

Write two seperate journal entry about your experience with the organization you have chosen to study. 2-3 (800-1200 words each) single spaced each, 12 point font. These entries are up to you in terms of content — they can be good, bad or neutral experiences as long as they reflect upon the organization of your focus. Please feel free expansive in your interpretation of these guidelines.

The Topic I chose is NBA during COVID-19. Please don’t write them too unrealistic.

You can’t write I’m a Lakers fan in one journal  a Celtics fan in the other.

The coronavirus of 2019 (Covid-19) posed unprecedented challenges to all sectors of the economy. Many businesses and organizations globally struggled to keep themselves afloat amid the turmoil. While many recorded losses or closure, a few found ways to thrive during that difficult time. Among them was the National Basketball Association (NBA), which made a revenue in the billions despite covid-related challenges. The NBA led by its commissioner Adam Silver developed new strategies during the covid-19 period that made the organization an example for other firms’ on how to effectively deal with setbacks or unforeseen challenges in business.
