User testing is a powerful tool for actual users to evaluate the functioning of a website, app, product, or service to ensure people can navigate it efficiently. There are different types of user testing, including usability testing (UX research), which includes looking at whether the web page is efficient and comfortable enough to satisfy the user’s needs (Jones, Franklin, Watson, & Raynor, 2022). That is important because it meets clients’ needs and helps maintain clients hence high revenue. For instance, an e-commerce website should direct a buyer to the right product without interfering with the search and redirecting a client to different products. User testing ensures the site is well prepared for more straightforward use by any person.
