Answer preview
The university is relatively small with very minimal resources. The university records an average student admission rate of 86 students per academic year (Madrak & Lewison, 2020). Admission into the institution is quite competitive, as the institution records an average of 31 percent in its admission rate (Madrak & Lewison, 2020). At the graduate level, the institution had diversified a little, and it offers a master’s degree in science, business administration, and computer information. At the post-graduate level, the institution provides four majors in business administration. As much as the institution experiences average success given its resources and student population, there is a need to reinvent the institution’s processes to make it more successful. There are three distinct areas of the institution that needs reinvention to enhance its success and make it an academic powerhouse. These four areas are academics, infrastructure, and business model.
