Besides, making the procedures accessible is another way to enhance compliance. Many employees would be so obedient, but they keep forgetting the rules. At times many people’s memory is crowded in such a way that forgetting is closer than remembering. They, therefore, undertook the rules not because they would love to but because they forgot. Therefore, it is advisable as a manager to ensure that they have access to the rules and procedures. That can be enhanced through installing signs at the strategic points carrying the rules and procedures clearly and boldly written for everyone to see.
In conclusion, having done it effectively, both the managers and the staff gained trust in me as a wise manager who could smoothly run the healthcare institution and enhance proper following of the letter’s rules. It also raised my esteem and boosted my faith, and gave me a reason to change my perception of things enabling me to view things from a winning dimension.
