There are different challenges that I may encounter while trying to motivate the employees. For many employees, it is not easy to monitor their motivation. For instance, a chef may not be motivated to work as a chef which motivation concept perceives. There is also the challenge of fully satisfying the needs of workers. Sometimes, it goes beyond the business capacity in that some motivation method may not be commensurate with the business.
