The vision statement is at the center of any successful organization. A vision statement that is well written will communicate in clear terms the goals of the business while serving as a tool that helps in the process of decision making.  It is important for the vision statement to be simple so that it can be easily understood by the staff and other stakeholders of the organization.  When employees find the vision statement of the organization they are working in is meaningful, their level of engagement within the organization will increase.  The higher the employee engagement levels, the higher the higher the productivity of the employee. Since the vision statement plays a key role in the organization, it is important for the management to craft one that will go a long way in the process of synthesizing the employees in an attempt to inspire them.  The vision statement for Best Deal Motors is that within the next five years, the company would have made it possible for a bigger number of people to purchase a car whether new or old at a cost that is pocket-friendly.
