I would not use the Personal Wellbeing Index-Adult (PWI-A) measure in practice with a client. I do not think that this model is reliable and most suitable for evaluating overall satisfaction. Some of my concerns as a psychologist include the situational factors presented in each domain question. The customers’ fulfillment will be analyzed based on particular circumstances, such as their future security and spirituality (International Wellbeing Group, 2013). The results of the Personal Wellbeing Index-Adult (PWI-A) can be affected by the respondent’s mood at the time the measurement was conducted. If the client is feeling unhappy with negative feelings and emotions, it may jeopardize the test’s accuracy. I would not consider this measure the use of a 0-10 scale that may lead to potential misinterpretations of the results.
