Trait and factor theory, according to the strengths I can say, helps in supporting a person or a leader’s general image in society and shows how a person is special and can do extraordinary things in their way. Also, just as employees see their leaders as gifted people since their traits approach fulfills their needs (McCrae & Costa Jr, 2021). Other people see other individuals as special, and also everyone is special in his different way it can be on education or at work, but there is always a way someone appears to be special. The trait and factor approach focuses on the leader, and it is not only a leader in the company. A person can be a leader of himself and other people’s leader in different ways and make analysis very thoroughly in the leadership process. The trait approach helps people to identify who they are and when a person identifies himself, he always works towards being the best of who he is (Lynam, Miller & Derefinko, 2018). As a man, I also work hard to be who I consider being and the best I would want for myself.
