The theory has been evident in my life in several ways. The trait and factor theory has impacted my character as a man and influenced how I behave and act around other people and in different situations. This has happened in different ways and mostly when I look for part-time jobs to earn some money by the end of it. Sometimes it does appear so good that I love every bit of it, and sometimes I feel like I am forcing myself to do the work. However hard I try it and put all my effort, the result always does not come as I expect, and this turns me off, and I tend to blame myself whether I am appropriate for these jobs or it is not my thing. I am the kind of person who is committed to achieving the desired results and hence, will do anything possible to achieve this. When this does not happen, I feel bad. The best way to go over this is to always console myself as I say maybe I am not specialized in that line of work, and that is why I am not giving the best out of it. In other words, I think I can do the best of what I am talented in, what I have worked hard for, and what I consider I am much specialized in than the others.
