Another step is that of coming up with the best solution. The solution that is agreed in between the conflicting parties is supposed to be a win-win solution for both parties. Lastly, the two parties are supposed to commit themselves to the common resolution. This is the significant step since it engages the conflicting parties never to come into war again (Benjamin, 2014). In our case, the best solution would be the formulation of rules and regulations that have to be followed by everyone. These rules eliminate the scenario where people find themselves in situations of laying out their opinion which might not be comfortable for everyone leading to conflicts.
