Using course resources and individual research, students will write a plan for creating a high performance team to address a specified case study or scenario chosen by or approved by the mentor. The paper will include a team charter, an analysis of the skills and knowledge needed on the team, a communication plan for internal team communication and an analysis of the roles and leadership the project manager would provide on this project. The analysis paper must use at least 5 professional or academic sources with APA format citations and reference list. Students may propose an alternative project of their own design that shows attainment of the corresponding course outcome. The mentor must approve the alternative project.
