Despite Canada being a district within Canada, there are a lot of differences that exist between the province and other provinces within Canada. This has necessitated a feeling of specialty rising a lot of concern on the way the Quebec people should be handled. The argument that Quebec is different from the rest of Canada has for a very long time been taken for granted.
