Information and communication technology play a pivotal role in service learning. ICT refers to the use of devices such as computer and mobile devices in collection, storage, and sharing information. Service learning, on the other hand, involves the experiential based learning which integrates classroom learning to community service. The integrated learning framework not only enhances students’ skills in the use of technology, but it also increases student experiences and research process.
