Dreams, as many would understand them, are basic thoughts that would come during the night. In most cases, one could get a good dream which compromises of positive visions that one gets to see during the sleep. Also, there is a nightmare, which comes with negative ideas and bad experiences. Many consider them to be bad omens while others believe there is a story behind every nightmare, and precautions should be taken after one gets it. But what is the story behind dreams? According to psychology, dreams are based on the idea of us exercising our neural systems. They occur through different life events that one faces during the days or that have happened over the years. Several theories back up the origin and existence of dreams. This project will highlight a number of dreams that I had as I put into consideration the theories.
