Answer preview

A travel plan is a well-coordinated package that outlines actions that an organization or a professional entity has designed to ensure healthy, safe, and sustainable travel plans (Caisarina, Omar, bt Rafie & Afandi, 2021, January). In healthcare, a travel plan aims to ensure a patient’s general well-being by encouraging safe activities, avoiding danger zones, ensuring proper immunization when traveling to destinations that are hotspots for exotic viruses, and ensuring a patient maintains their health if they suffer from a preexisting condition. A patient suffering from type two diabetes and planning on traveling to Brazil needs a well-executed travel plan to ensure that they have a safe trip.
