Bullying is one of the issues encountered by employees while working. Workplace bullying is an ethical problem that continues to increasingly affect the employees despite numerous interventions implemented by both the organizational management and government. Al Omar, Salam, & Al-Surimi, (2019) outline that workplace bullying is associated with numerous negative implications, especially when it goes without being addressed. It is associated with employees’ mental health, increasing absenteeism rate, employee turnover cost, medical errors, low morale, and reducing productivity. Workplace bullying occurs in different ways, including insulting, intimidating, and malicious behavior or abuse of power through denigrating, humiliating, injuring, and undermining the employees.
