Write not more than a four-page, doubled -spaced 12 sized Arial font report in which you detail the evolution and implementation of Keynesian Macroeconomic policies and your understanding from having read the final chapters on Fiscal and Monetary policies discussed in the textbook. Cite historical examples of effective Keynesian policies as they have been enacted -from the Great Depression and the Great 2007-09 Recession of the financial system.

Compare vs contrast why Keynesianism did not particularly work during the 70’s stagflation. Why do you think Keynesian policies proved not to be effective at the time and the economic reasoning behind this that vindicates Keynes.

Hint-think in terms of Keynesian spending to stimulate AD when the nation undergoes a short run fluctuation in GDP and employment due to the onset of a recession/depression or high inflation. First there are a couple adjustment need to be made:

1-The problem statement should not take that long it should be only 5-6 sentences.

Over the past year, the organization has received numerous negative reviews from patients and clients using the services at your chosen organization. Overall, the organization’s reputation in the community has suffered due to

  • poor quality of service,
  • lack of empathy of the care providers and administrative staff including biases in care,
  • difficulties in obtaining an open appointment or a bed space in the long-term care unit,
  • poor patient or client care management in terms of effective treatment, and
  • poor health outcomes for patients and clients who have received care from the organization.

Further, the employees are also struggling with burnout due to a heavy workload and poor management methods.

In the presentation, you must identify the key issues that are causing the negative survey results and then address the sequence of steps needed to create the organizational change necessary for improving the customer experience.
