Virtualization is an important concept in the world right now. Virtualization is the process of creating a software-based or virtual representation of something. Some of the components of virtualization include servers, storage, networks, and virtual applications (Singh, 2018). Additionally, virtualization is an effective way of reducing information technology expenses while making sure that the business can manage expenses especially when it comes to Information technology.
Virtualization has a wide variety of benefits, especially when used in organizations or businesses. Virtualization is important in business and it increases information technology agility, flexibility, and scalability. Furthermore, virtualization increases business performance and make good use of resources and automated operations (Jain & Choudhary, 2016). Therefore, in general, virtualization reduces capital and operating costs. One of the main expenses in any business is the operating costs. When the business can manage this expense due to virtualization, then it becomes easy to manage the business (Singh, 2018). Virtualization ensures that there is minimized or reduced downtime. This is important in any organization that relies on information technology in all its operations. Additionally, virtualization is used in enhancing greater business continuity and disaster recovery.
Various security concerns are identified with server sprawl. One of the issues is that virtual machines are easily generated. When this happens, it becomes difficult to track virtual machines. Therefore, this leads to security challenges that come with sprawl server applications. Another security concern is the source of the virtual appliances downloaded from the Web. It is difficult to know whether the appliances come from trusted sources (Shirvani & Ghojoghi, 2016). Additionally, it is also difficult to know whether their updates come from trusted sources hence this becomes so difficult to address the security issues. One of the best ways to manage security concerns from sprawl is by educating your team. The team must be educated on the importance of keeping the server sprawl to a minimum. Additionally, the organization needs to avoid system sprawl vulnerability. Therefore, organizations need to consider the cooling effect of the servers and the maintenance costs when buying.

2) Use proper citations and references in your post.
“Unfortunately, in our initial treatment of Mr. Duncan, despite our best intentions and a highly skilled medical team, we made mistakes,” Dr. Daniel Varga, the chief clinical officer for Texas Health Resources, told Congress. “We did not correctly diagnose his symptoms as those of Ebola. We are deeply sorry.”
Many details about Duncan’s care remain unknown, unconfirmed, or in dispute. Please review in the assigned reading the best attempt at a timeline based on information from Varga’s congressional testimony; Duncan’s medical records, which were obtained by the Associated Press; as well as a lengthy statement provided by National Nurses United, a union that is serving as the voice for an unknown number of Presbyterian Hospital nurses who have raised serious allegations of missteps, mistakes, and failures during Duncan’s treatment.
In a 2- to 3-page paper, discuss the following:
Is this statement by the chief clinical officer for the Texas Human Resources a breach of HIPAA? Why or why not?
Do the nurses, physicians, and staff who came in contact with Duncan have any grounds to sue the hospital, or should they have treated Duncan as if he had an infectious disease?
Identify the impact of technological advancements within the organization.
Dedicate one slide to complete a PEST analysis using the below grid (PEST was created by Francis J. Aguilar who discusses a mnemonic for the four sectors of his taxonomy of the environment: Political, Economic, Socio-cultural, and Technical). In each box, identify at least 3-4 impacting factors.
Political
Economic
Socio-cultural
Technological
Support your thoughts with 2-3 scholarly references.
Conduct additional research to gather sufficient information to justify/support your strategic plan.

Business Law BBA3210, Business Ethics and Social Responsibility
The Ford Pinto example is a well-known case that is often discussed in the context of business ethics. To summarize, Ford’s design of the Pinto’s fuel tank was defective, causing fires if the Pinto was involved in even minor rear-end collisions. Ford came to learn of the defect, but the company failed to correct it; Ford then predicted, based on a cost-benefit analysis, that it would cost more to repair the defect ($11 per vehicle, or $137 million total) than it would to pay for damages resulting from burn deaths, burn injuries, and burned vehicles ($47.5 million). Consider the Ford Pinto case in light of the who-how (WH) framework for business ethics.
Would Ford’s decision to forego repairing the defective design comply with these ethical guidelines? If so, why? If not, then what actions should Ford have taken to satisfy them? Explain your reasoning. Explain the need for promoting business social responibility.
Your response to this question must be at least two pages in length. One source is required. Include an introduction in your paper. Adhere to APA Style when creating citations and references for this assignment.
