Personal Statement and Disadvantage Status Statement

Personal Statement and Disadvantage Status Statement

I need two papers the first one is the Personal Statement & the other one is Disadvantage Status Statement. These two papers are going to be a part of my dental application for dental schools. The story of my life and how I became interested to be a dentist can be found in the files named personal statement and disadvantage status that are both attached. There are other files attached that would help you with the rubrics and guidelines those file names start with rubric to help you find them. These two papers are written by me in my own words/writing style; I am not a native speaker and you’ll find a lot of issues including grammar and punctuation with the writing that needs to be resolved. These two papers need to be REWRITTEN and condensed in your own words. If you feel there are unnecessary stuff that doesn’t help/make sense please take them all off. If there are things which are not written according to the guidelines please remove them. There are parts that are plagiarized that needs to be removed. There are guidelines and instructions in the other files attached that needs to be followed accordingly.

As mentioned in GUIDLINES personal statement is a one-page essay (not to exceed 4,500 characters, including spaces, carriages, numbers, letters, etc.) that gives dental schools a clear picture of who you are and, most importantly, why you want to pursue a career in dentistry. Disadvantage status is a one-page essay (not to exceed 4,500 characters, including spaces, carriages, numbers, letters, etc.)

Please remove any repetition (by repetition I mean using same words and sentences) in personal statement and disadvantage status. The final version needs to be reviewed by me and it may need some touch ups that we can go over together.

Please feel free to contact me anytime and share any comments or questions that help the papers look better.

PLUS I don’t care if it is single space/one or two pages since both need to be 4500 CHARACTERS. Unfortunately studypool doesn’t let me go to the next page without filling out that portion so ignore that.

To prepare for this Discussion:

  • Review the chapters of the Rubin and Rubin course text and consider the characteristics of a good qualitative interview.
  • Review the Yob and Brewer interview questions in Appendix A at the end of the article and consider how interview guides are used in research.
  • Review the Interview Guide Instructions and the Interview Guide Example found in this week’s Learning Resources and use these documents to guide you during your interview.

Partner Compensation

Partner Compensation

There is more than one way to make money from a partnership. There is, of course, the distribution of income that the partnership actually earns. But there are also guaranteed payments that can be written into the partner contract. For both general business and tax reasons, this is an important factor when establishing the terms of a partnership.

Imagine yourself as a member in a business partnership; your role is to run the daily operations of the business. The partnership offers you the choice of the following two types of compensation: guaranteed payments or distributive income shares. In a business year in which both types of income would be of the same dollar amount, identify the reasons why you might choose one type of compensation over the other. Explain and justify your reasoning.

Hint: The tax implications can be significant.

Supply chain Management

Supply chain Management

1. Assume you are a consultant for Acme Inc., a successful company who hasn’t faced much competition in the past. Recently, the company has faced challenges from a competitor who can meet customer demand more quickly and with lower cost. Identify how Single Minutes Exchange of Dies (SMED) might help Acme improve its responsiveness to customer demand by developing a 150-200 word executive summary to Acme’s CEO.

2. Linear programming is an excellent technique yet is not applied nearly enough in the “real world.” Discuss the benefits of linear programming and explain why it is not used that much.
