This paper should include the following:
– Identify major highlights of the 2010 Institute of Medicine Report: Future of Nursing: Leading Change, Advancing Health. Discuss the primary recommendations posed by the report.
– Discuss strategies to implement the recommendations to advance the profession of nursing.

2. Review the literature (using the articles you are reading for your weekly summaries, if possible), make recommendations.
3. Create a poster and add it onto your last slide of your PowerPoint presentation to disseminate your findings.
