  • The first thing to put into consideration before making any attempt for arresting in a case of domestic violence would be to consider if there was any injury caused. In case there is any harm that the victim has been inflicted than the aggressor should be arrested.  The police have to be very keen once they have arrived at the scene, they should make a proper observation so that they make a good decision. If there is no harm caused it would be better to warn the aggressor another to arrest them, arresting them has proved to be more harmful than advantageous…
