Causes of employee engagement
This assignment refers to a New York Times article, ‘Do Happier People Work Harder?’, which is posted under Readings & Cases on BB. This article reports the results from a creatively designed research study that explored the causes of employee engagement at work.

One of many issues in this unit is child abuse. We say we want to protect our children; however, we continue to fail them at times. Reflect on the readings and the effects of child abuse.
