Socialdeterminants of health is an importanttopicHealthy People 2020 addresses. In detail, write a paper discussing social determinants, how they impact an individual’s health, the negative impact they have on people living in the United States, and the initiatives put forth by Healthy People 2020 to combat the problem. Finally, discuss your perception of the success the initiatives will have on individuals and the rationale for your response.

4. A minimum of five scholarly sources are required for this paper. (Approved scholarly sources are webpages that end in edu. or gov., books, peer reviewed journals, professional organizations, and anything published by the U.S. Government Printing Office .)
5. While there is no minimum limit of direct quotes for this paper, the maximum limit is five. (No block quoting is allowed.)
6. No late papers or rewrites will be allowed.
